Refunds & Cancellations.

Aspero runs an investment platform. As a rule, no refund or cancellation is offered on an investment once made. This page explains that rule, the narrow circumstances in which a refund can still be initiated, and how long it takes.

Aspero Markets Private Limited (formerly Credavenue Securities Private Limited) runs the Platform, which is in the nature of an investment platform. Therefore, no refund or cancellation is offered on the invested amount or the investment. As such, it is expressly clarified that the User shall not be eligible for any refund or cancellation on the invested amount or the investment through the Platform.

Any gesture of goodwill by Aspero Markets Private Limited (formerly Credavenue Securities Private Limited) — such as refunds and/or reimbursement of transaction charges or any other sum — shall not constitute an acknowledgment of any wrongful act or liability, and the User shall not have, and hereby waives, any recourse under law or otherwise against Aspero Markets Private Limited (formerly Credavenue Securities Private Limited).

When a refund can be initiated

Where the investment amount has been debited from the User's account, a refund can be initiated — to the extent of the amount so debited — in the following cases:

(i) If the payment fails to get credited to the designated account of the issuer or exchange; or
(ii) If the order for purchase is cancelled.
Standard refund
7–10 business days

From the date of investment, where a payment is refunded.

On order cancellation
90 business days

Where an order is cancelled as specified in case (ii) above.

Any refund will be processed only to the bank account of the User through which the payment was made.
